The NEOTECH COUNCIL (North East Oklahoma Technology Council) is the 501(c)3 non-profit company with one specific goal - helping other technology oriented User Groups with what ever they may need.
There's only one real "rule" that we would like to see put into place with each User Group we help - the "User Group Protection Clause". This clause is designed to protect the user group and community by giving the NEOTECH Council the authority to assign an acting President in the event that all of the individual User Group's leadership has become Missing In Action or Absent Without Leave.
